Warranty

CIGA Design AU offers a 12 month warranty on all watches. The warranty covers the repair or replacement of a watch if it is found to be defective due to faulty materials, workmanship or function. 

Normal wear-and-tear or damage caused to the watch by accidents or mishandling/mistreatment is not covered under the warranty, as well as damage caused to a watch due to submersion in water which is against the manufacturer's guidance. In particular, wear of the watch strap is not covered under warranty.
